In general, Short motives with phrase continuation marks the theme. They want to be like the red lion from Voltron, storming out of his volcano in an awesome ball of fury to cause earthquakes and blow everything away, and they want to make it crystal clear to the world that they don’t give a crap. Here are the basic parts of a Greek Tragedy: a. Prologue: Spoken by one or two characters before the chorus appears. Another madrigal element is Handel's use of music to set mood or depict events. These texts can be either sacred or secular in subject, and with Latin and French mixed. Although commonly depicted being used by angels, their use in churches was limited, a prominent exception being the music of the Venetian School. His developments show his German influences. Although little material of this kind is available as yet, the problems lie in the nature of the distinctions made between music and nonmusic, the sources from which music is drawn, techniques of composition, the inheritance of musical ability, and other questions of a similar nature.

I will say if you like this book (or the show because, God knows, EVERYONE knows the show) or want to investigate Erik's backstory further, check out Phantom by Susan Kay. In 1899 and 1910 he conducted his revised versions of Robert Schumann 's Symphonies Nos. 2 and 4. Much imitation between the 2 voice parts.. The second symphony first movement is adapted from an earlier funeral march. Any hints of development are by tonal contrast. Similarly, the nonspecialist learns his music system sufficiently to participate to some extent and certainly well enough to differentiate it from other systems.
